Meet the team. Have a laugh. It’s ok to laugh.

Some are born running.

That was the case for RiTA founder Andrew Kosinski. He has been driven by a relentless curiosity and pursuit of excellence from day one. As a rug rat, his tiny hands grasped for screens and cords.  His enchantment with all things technological became clear from his first words, asking his mother “mama, where is our box of dongles?”

Knowing that classrooms could never offer the education he desired, he engaged the world around him as his laboratory.  Yearning the deepest education, he decided to wander the planet seeking knowledge and guidance. His travels landed him in Silicon Valley, acting as a cabana boy to the prominent thought leaders of our time. While serving appletinis to technology titans, his vision of high-level service grounded in Midwestern friendliness began to crystallize as he sought to differentiate himself from the narcissism and callous worldview that dominated the landscape.

The vision took him on the road, a nomad solving tech problems while traveling the Americas. He repaired televisions in Baja and wired cafes in Oaxaca, charging only enough to keep traveling while broadening his skillset. His journey led him to the jungles of Belize where he was taught cybersecurity and spearfishing by a shaman who refused to reveal his name. A bout of Athlete’s foot cut his odyssey short, plunging him into despair.

On the flight home, chance intervened. He found himself seated next to a mysterious magician who uttered the words that would change his life. While receiving a tiny can of ginger ale, the magus declared “Keep it coming.”

Keep it coming.

Andrew spent the trip home musing on those simple words.

Keep it coming.

He wondered what it would take to have a life where he would “keep it coming.” The learning, the excellence, the friendliness.

Keep it coming.

By the end of the flight, he had architected a business plan on cocktail napkins, detailing the range of services he would provide to ensure RiTA would keep it coming.

Please take him seriously.

Bruford acts as Chief Communications Officer for RiTA.  Anyone who has passed by the front window of our office has experienced his no-nonsense, direct communication style with intense volume and wild excitement.  Early on with the company, he made it clear that loved tackling low-hanging fruit.  Especially if that fruit is actually pizza and it’s on the kitchen counter with nobody watching.  A born leader, he helps us with company morale and always makes sure that we follow strict schedules (specifically for meals).

Fozzie acts as the Assistant Communications Officer for RiTA. A team player, upon hiring, he hit the ground running, often to attack his coworkers. He is a rising star in the company and can often be found at the side of his boss, helping shape our message in the only way he knows how: whining in a high pitched tone, creating synergy with Bruford’s loud howl.

Kahlo acts as the Customer Service Manager at RiTA. Her precious demeanor, exceptional confidence, and timeless wisdom have given her the ability to resolve problems in a way that leave all parties satisfied. Needless to say, few have left an interaction with Kahlo without immediately looking to circle back, likely for some head scritches.

Elliot spends the majority of his day in the bathroom sleeping. We rarely see him, and when we do, it’s because he wants to scream at us that he’s hungry. He was born to be our Director of Sales.
